Kinunot na Pagi (Stingray)

Spicy Pagi or Stingray recipe, like the famous Filipino food and see how to prepare the food ingridience this is very nice food the shape of this food is like a snake. A spicy dish recipe wherein stingray, Sharks or crabs cook in coconut cream, malunggay leaves and spicy chilli. This snake fish or Stingray are they have similar skin in snake but they live in salt water.





Proceedure:

1. Boil the cut pagi and ginger  for 15-20 minutes or until meat can be easily pulled from the cartilages. 

2. Drain the water and let it cool.

3. Combine pagi flakes, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.

4. In a medium heat, combine coconut cream, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

5. Add the kakang gata or coconut cream, sliced siling haba and siling labuyo




Ingredients:

1 kg pagi 
1 coconut grated Gata
1 sliced of onions
1 or 2 cup malunggay Leaves
3 Garlic
small ginger, crushed
1 or 1/2 cup vinegar
5 pcs siling haba, sliced
2 or 1/2  siling labuyo
salt/pepper
