Laing with Shrimp is Filipino version food Laing is a vegetable dish made with dried taro gabi leaves, (coconut milk), (shrimp paste and chili peppers). It can be prepared meatless, with shrimp, dried fish or in this case, succulent pork belly strips.This is Filipino version this food are easy to cook and prepare and very nice food and it is very popular food in philippines. It originated from the bicol. And it's popularity, Laning is one of the most requested of Filipino customers in my Calenderya.
In the Philippines we buy fresh (gabi leaves) separated the leaves from the stalk and dry leaves under the sun for how many hours before we can prepare them to cook. Drying takes out the uncomfortable (palate - texture) or (kati the taro leaves) give when you eat them.

Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp
1 pack dried taro leaves
4 cans 7 cups coconut milk
1 cup shrimp paste bagoong
1 tablespoons red chili flakes or 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 cup sliced ginger
9 to 10 cloves crushed garlic
Slice of onions
Garlic
Salt
Ginger
Sauteed Shrimp Paste(Bagoong Alamang)
Cooking Oil
And Other Seasoning or ingredients.
