Adobong Kangkong

Apan apan is Filipino dish and also called adobong Kangkong or Scientific name: (Ipomoea aquatica) the word kangkong has been translated into English as swamp cabbage or river spinach.this apan apan is easy to cook and easy to find this it grows where there’s a lot of water, this is popular dish of Filipino. Many Filipino they make Guinamos that is the originally use to season this dish.

Kangkong can be eaten raw or cooked. It is best stir-fried, with the stems being cooked a bit longer than the leaves.

Kangkong is very yummy  I usually add it to (sinigang) when they're in season. But my most favorite kangkong dish is (adobo).
