Pinoy Paksiw na Lechon Manok

Paksiw na Lechon Manok is the chicken version of lechon paksiw. This Pinoy dish is compose of Leaves leftover spit-roasted chicken and my homemade lechon manok with sauce. It is great with warm white rice. This recipe is very easy to cook and very good food. And Delicious food and easy to prepare this food many Filipino are good to cook this food.





We Filipinos have the popular Lechon Paksiw for pork lechon, here’s the version for the chicken lechon, Paksiw na Lechon Manok.  This Filipino recipe is ideal for Pinoy Lechon Manok left overs.




Ingredients:

1 Kilo Of Chicken or Roasted Chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
5 dried bay leaves
¼ cup Of vinegar
2 0r 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 A cup Of Water
Salt
Flavoring
2 Pcs. of Garlic
